HOSA DNX-300, DNX-500 NETWORK EXTENDERS

Hosa Technology’s new range of systems integration products include the DMX-400 and DMX-700 series DMX cables, upgrades to replace the existing DMX-300 and DMX-500 lines. These feature upgraded conductors from 24 AWG to 20 AWG Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC), dual-shielding using aluminum wrap and braided OFC, flexible PVC jacket. The DMX-400 series features three-pin XLR connectors, while the DMX-700 series features five-pin XLR connec- tors. The DMX-400 and DMX-700 series cables are available in six common lengths. Within the range of DMX solu- tions, Hosa has also released four types of DNX Network Extenders, the DNX-300 and DNX-500 series (pictured). The galvanized steel boxes feature four XLR inputs and a single network output. This lets users plug in four XLR cables on stage run a single Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable to their backline, helping organize cable clutter and confusion. {hosatech.com}
