industry impact should reinforce one another. My aim has been to help Orange grow with- out losing what makes it special, using its influence to invite more people into music and create stronger connections between artists, products, retailers and communities. What’s your defining leadership moment? One of the clearest examples of my leadership was creating and activating the KEF Music Gallery in London. The original ambition was to rethink how premium home audio could be experienced; not as a traditional showroom, but as an immersive space con- necting music, design and technology. However, the most important part was en- suring the Gallery continued to have purpose beyond its opening. I led expansion of our collaborations beyond technology and luxury partners, developing relationships with record labels, artists, managers and industry bod- ies. Together, we created events, showcases, listening experiences and conversations that supported the interconnected music industry. I wanted it to be a space that didn’t simply play music; it lived music, loved music and supported the people who created it. I helped specify the technology experiences within the Gallery, allowing us to demonstrate the full journey of sound, encompassing hi-fi, cinema, installed sound, broadcast, podcast- ing, recording, live P.A. and networked audio. This made it relevant to consumers, creators and audio professionals alike. Delivering this required me to align in- ternal teams, designers, engineers and exter- nal partners, each with different priorities. I provided the shared vision, gave specialists ownership of their areas and kept everyone focused on creating a coherent experience. The result was more than an impressive physical space. It became a platform for collaboration, education and long-term relationships. It re- flects how I lead: bringing together people who might not normally work alongside one another and enabling them to create some- thing more meaningful than any of us could have achieved independently. MI PROFESSIONAL AWARDS, MEMBERSHIP & RECOGNITIONS: Dealerscope’s 40 under 40 (2018), PCR Maga- zine’s Top 25 Women in Tech (2018), SSTM’s iF Design Award (2021, SSTM), SSTM’s Muse Design Award (2021).

How have you made an impact on the MI industry? I believe my biggest impact has been help- ing to broaden the industry’s idea of who a music customer can be. MI can sometimes speak mainly to people who already con- sider themselves musicians, whereas I’ve consistently looked for ways to make mu- sic products more approachable, visible and relevant to a wider audience. At Roli, I built international distribu- tion across both musical-instrument and consumer-electronics channels from scratch, helping a new generation of music-making products reach customers around the world. I’ve brought that same perspective to Orange, alongside learnings from my tenures with inMusic, Audio-Technica and KEF. Since joining the company, I’m helping SARAH YULE, 44 Managing Director Orange Amps in Borehamwood, U.K.

Orange expand beyond its traditional ampli- fier heartland into portable audio, software and more accessible creative products, while continuing to support and strengthen its established retailers and distributors. Inter- nally, I have encouraged a more joined-up approach across product, sales, marketing and operations, with clearer commercial plan- ning, stronger global coordination and greater focus on the complete customer journey. I’ve also pushed for community and par- ticipation to become a more meaningful part of our growth. Through ‘Outlowd: Play It Home,’ we’re combining local artists, live product experiences, equipment donations, and funded music lessons to support emerg- ing musicians and grassroots communities. For me, commercial success and positive
